About GNOSHHRA
In an effort to improve communications between area hospitals, the New Orleans Medical Facilities Personnel Society was established in January of 1968.  Although the name of the Society has changed throughout the years, the mission of our organization has remained the same.  Today, GNOSHHRA membership provides a forum to facilitate the sharing of valuable information to individuals employed in healthcare human resources management.  Our membership is comprised of seasoned professionals, individuals just beginning their careers and other professionals who collaborate with the healthcare-related Human Resources profession in consultative and educational areas.  Our membership goal is to attract, recruit and retain a diverse population of professionals from large health systems, acute care hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, behavioral medicine, home health agencies and long-term care facilities within all regions of Louisiana.
